1. You submit an order
request via phone, or e-mail sales@godirectheadwear.com (Please put "Order
Request" in the subject line of your email). If by phone, to reach your
dedicated customer service person, press extension 126 for Don Titka if you are
located East of the Mississippi River or extension 127 for Kevin Dovel if you
are West of the Mississippi River.
2. We will help you design your
hat, confirm your billing and shipping information, and confirm a valid form of
payment.
3. We design your hat, then email you a PDF file showing
multiple pictures of your hat for your approval.
4. Once approved, we
produce your caps and inspect the final order.
5. Your caps are
shipped to your organization within the agreed upon timeframe.
